Our 9:00 AM Contemporary Worship Service is simple, but engaging. We’ll sing four or five songs, pray together, hear scripture proclaimed and listen to a sermon. Children are welcome to stay for the entire service! But, we have Nursery care available for children ages three and under and Sunday School is offered for preschoolers through 5th graders following the children’s message. On First Sundays, we celebrate communion. Finally, an offering is collected at the close of the service.
Our 10:45 AM Traditional Worship Service follows the Methodist Order of Worship: Gathering, Proclamation and Response, Thanksgiving (Holy Communion), and Sending Forth. First Sunday Communion
We celebrate Communion or “the Lord’s Supper” to remember what Jesus did for us on the cross. We open our table to all people and refuse no one the opportunity to commune with God. It’s your choice. If you feel comfortable and have a hunger in your soul for more of Jesus Christ’s presence, then please join us, but please don’t feel pressured to do so.
