We are very excited to host a Back-to-School Benefit Concert through a non-profit organization in Bowie called African Heritage Praise (AHP). The group is a choir comprising of children age 8 – 15 years old where they learn not only songs and dance but, in keeping with Deuteronomy 6:6-9, they study God’s word and learn about their heritage.
The concert will be held Saturday August 17, 2019 from 4pm – 6pm at Community UMC. Admission is free but donations of school supplies to support under privileged children in Africa will be appreciated.
