Our Praise and Worship Service meets at 9:00 AM in the sanctuary and led by our paise band, using praise and worship songs and new arrangements of traditional hymns.
Our Traditional Worship service meets at 10:45 AM in the sanctuary and is a traditional service with music provided by the CUMC orchestra, handbell choir, and our Chancel Choir.
What to Expect
Our hope is that you feel welcome and can relax a little bit this Christmas season. When you walk in, you’ll find all types of people in our lobby and throughout the church. There will be some music to start, followed by a message – the whole thing will last a little over an hour. If you ever have a question, ask anyone greeting, serving at the welcome desk or even walk up to a band member and they can help.
Community's Children's and Youth Ministry has nursery services available at both services, Sunday School through 5th grade at both services, and your middle school and high school kids can hang out at the GatheringAM (youth group). They meet at 10:45am in the youth room of Fellowship Hall.
What do I wear?
We don’t have a dress code. Wear whatever makes you comfortable.
Do I have to get there early?
If you need to check in your young children in nursery or have your eye on a very specific front row seat, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early.
Can my kids sit in the service with me?
Our services are designs for all ages, but we do have a nursery for childen from 3 months to 3 years old. We often have children at our regular services dancing in the isles!
Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord
with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
